The name “Seven Generations Law” celebrates the principle, widely believed to have originated with the Iroquois, that for every action we take today, we must consider its impact on the next seven generations. Consciously planning for the future of loved ones and ensuring that our personal legacies endure for generations to come powerfully aligns with this belief. 

In honor of using the name Seven Generations Law,  we make a contribution with every completed plan to a non-profit working to protect our planet and promote human and indigenous rights.  As a client, you choose which one of the following three organizations resonates most with your personal interests…

The Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Programme (SOCP) is active in all aspects of the conservation of Sumatran and Tapanuli orangutans in Indonesia. Both are critically endangered species and, with <800 remaining, the Tapanuli orangutan is the most endangered Great Ape in the world. 

In addition to habitat protection, the SOCP confiscates illegal pet orangutans and reintroduces them to the wild, gradually creating entirely new, genetically viable and self-sustaining wild orangutan populations, ensuring survival of the species.

Today, at least 2.2 million people in the United States don’t have access to water at home. They make do without the sinks, bathtubs, showers, or toilets the rest us take for granted.

DigDeep is the first and only water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) nonprofit working to ensure that everyone living in the U.S. has clean, running water forever. Our core program, the Navajo Water Project, is a community-managed utility alternative that provides clean, hot and cold running water and solar power to families on the Navajo Nation who have previously lacked running water.

5 Gyres is devoted to empowering action against the global health crisis of plastic pollution through science, education, and adventure.

The organization has taken 19 research expeditions around the world in search of plastic, using their findings to promote learning and advance legislative solutions. Through education, ambassador, and data collection programs, 5 Gyres promotes a path to a sustainable future based on a zero-waste culture and circular economy.
